Ede Rollins, Jackson Felde, Tom Skold, Justin Scardina, Mattias KriemelmeyerArea residents were treated to a special evening of international cuisine and entertainment as Northeast Iowa Montessori School hosted Around the World in Five Plates: A Celebration of United Nations Day.
The event, held at the Steyer Opera House in the Hotel Winneshiek, showcased five chefs from Decorah's diverse downtown restaurants:
- Mark Rollins, Ede's Angry Pickle Deli
- Jackson Felde, Rubaiyat
- Tom Skold, Hotel Winneshiek
- Justin Scardina, La Rana Bistro
- Mattias Kriemelmeyer, Water Street Cafe
Each chef demonstrated his culinary talents by preparing a course from a different region of the world.
